TechXcelerator Boot Camp with performance-based Merit Scholarships Industry-ready skill development program
IITM Pravartak Technologies Foundation (funded by the Dept. of Science & Technology Govt. of India and hosted as a technology innovation hub by IITM) and Diamondpick have entered a strategic partnership to hire, upskill and deploy technology talent for varying industry needs.

IITM Pravartak and Diamondpick are committed to creating a skilled job-ready workforce. This partnership is selecting students for a “TechXcelerator Boot Camp” (a joint Finishing School Program by IITM Pravartak and Diamondpick) to impart industry-ready skills and make them deployed.
Eligibility
BE, B. Tech, ME, M. Tech, (IT, CSE, EEE, ECE), MCA & MSc (CSE, Data Science)
Minimum 70% in all academics
Graduates of 2023
Graduates of 2022 with minimum 6 months of work experience
Excellent Communication (Articulation skills, grammatically appropriate written and verbal)
Selection Criteria
The selection will be based on Academic performance, Interview process followed Online Assessment (Analytical / Aptitude test).
Training Program Terms
Candidates who get shortlisted from the selection criteria, will go through training program in selected technology areas for a duration of 14 weeks.
Training Fee – INR 25,000 + GST
Part-Payment option available:
During registration – INR 5,000 + GSTEnd of 1st month of the course – INR 10,000 + GST
End of 2nd month of the course – INR 10,000 + GST

Program Launch: October 2023Venue: IITM Pravartak Technologies Foundation
IIT Madras Research Park, Taramani, Chennai.
This program focuses on the stage before a company is incorporated. Pravartak will be seeding the entrepreneur with an innovative idea in Cyber-physical systems for a limited period and provide them with an opportunity to enhance an idea towards forming a prototype. The maximum period for EIR is one year.
TechXcelerator Boot Camp is a joint initiative of Diamondpick and IITM Pravartak to impart industry-ready skills in tech areas.

Boot camp fee is INR 25,000 + GST (Part-Payment options available)
Note: Scholarship of up to 80% will be offered to the top performers, which will be paid post the training program.
Boot camp duration will be 14 weeks in Chennai IITM Pravartak training centre, boot camp will be conducted in hybrid model (3 days in classroom and 3 days virtual session in a week).

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be shortlisted for the selection process.
Based on the performance in the selection process, candidates will be shortlisted to kick start the boot
camp.
Assessment will be on a) general aptitude, b) analytical reasoning and c) comprehension skills in English.
Yes, scholarship of up to 80% will be offered to the top performers, which will be paid post the training program.
Students will be continuously evaluated on technical and behavioural aspects, on a periodic basis.
Yes, certificates will be provided to the students upon the successful completion of the boot camp.
Upon successful completion of the boot camp, Diamondpick will assist the candidates with job opportunity.
It is expected to start in the month of October 2023. Shortlisted candidates will be informed about the start date through email.
A student can be rejected/debarred from the boot camp based on irregular/inadequate attendance, poor performance in assessments with no improvements in subsequent assessments, Misconduct and Disciplinary reasons. The decision of the IITM Pravartak management will be final and binding in this.
No, travel and accommodation arrangements will not be provided. Students have to manage their accommodation in Chennai on their own.
